Nightmarish Side Effects

One of the things I noticed immediately when I started this birth control (brand name, Mirvala), was how tired I was!

I've needed naps before, but boy, this stuff wipes me out. I'm exhausted every day, and when I do sleep, I have monstrously vivid nightmares. The most upsetting one has involved watching a flood wipe out a town while I watch from a hill. I don't know what it means, but I've woken up startled from it more than once. 

And yet, I still have no information on where we are with IVF.
